Three Little Birds

Three Little Birds tells the story of three woman who travel to Britain from Jamaica in the late 1950s to start a new country in the ‘mother country’. It is a triumphant celebration of immigration, community and the strength of Black womanhood inspired by the story of writer and Executive Producer Sir Lenny Henry’s mother and all those who have travelled from one country to another to make a new home.
